After everyone was finished with breathwork and art pieces, Ruby facilitated an integration meditation. I do not have words for this process. Instead I went back into the art temple and created another Shamanic Shakti Art Process piece. It speaks for itself. (Plate 19 of the color insert is a photo of me proudly displaying this expressive artwork.)

VIII. JAMES GILLILAND (FIREHEART)—SOUL RETURN

James Gilliland/Fireheart (journeyer): In the beginning there was an exchange of kings; the old king gave his kingdom to the new king with respect and honor. The old king offered his wisdom to the new king with the caveat that the new king must not incorporate it in the same manner as the old king had; change was needed. Just as I had become Anubis and removed Starrfire’s heart, Anubis now removed my heart and then replaced it. Then I started playing, giving the children who were present within permission to play. It took them awhile to feel safe enough to play.

When the children started playing, they were dancing and joyful. The dance and playfulness turned into dancing in chaos, with the feminine supporting me (Starrfire was steadying me while I was up and moving erratically, making sure I wasn’t going to fall or run into something; she was protecting me). The experience with the sacred masculine and sacred feminine was strong and solid working together. Once I danced through the chaos, the children wanted to feel nurtured from the feminine and the masculine wanted to feel safe in receiving the feminine embodied within: Beautiful!

Soft nurturing breasts, compassionate exchanges of energy, loving nurturing touches. I needed the feminine close and embraced her; and the feminine supported me from the core. I just received and felt love—took it in. Then we went to holding hands in sacred union; walking side by side in equal power and strength. Later we had a sacred ceremony, running kundalini energy from the third eye to the root chakra; just heart energy flowing between the masculine and feminine: Beautiful! Then I just felt myself in the body. Most of the experiences of this breathwork were not doing, but experiencing/being.

Shari Lowe/Starrfire (co-journeyer): James’s breathwork began with intuitively removing something from his hands and arms. The night previous I had received a message to remove the “gauntlet,” and thought this might be what I was doing. In James’s experience he was experiencing a “changing of the guard” from the “old king” to the “new (Earth) king.” Then I experienced what I felt were dolphins dancing above his head, and that guided me to do some work on his fifth chakra and then his fourth chakra. Then Anubis showed up and sliced open his chest and removed his heart. He then turned to Khnum to rebuild the heart. Immediately following, James reached up and placed my hand onto his heart. Then I began the ethereal task of cleaning the space of the heart area, which used to be full of old debris and gunk.
